Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: This position is for an Implant Engineer that will support equipment and process capabilities of ion implantation OR rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment. In this job, you will be a part of a team that focuses on maintaining basic condition and stable processing of state-of-the-art equipment while driving improvements related to quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership. We prioritize safety, learning, and having fun while maintaining world-class operations 24/7. Role and Responsibilities: Here's what you'll be responsible for: · Maintain & improve state ‑ of ‑ the ‑ art equipment (300 mm implant/RTP tools). · Apply 6S & Lean principles; identify and mitigate safety risks. · Analyze data to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues · Provide on ‑ call support to technicians, create & run recovery plans. · Document daily tool activity; update SOPs & sha...
