We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Production & Installation Specialist to join our team and help bring our clients’ visions to life. Qualifications: - Operate printers, laminators, cutters, and other equipment to produce signs - Assemble, finish, and prepare signs for delivery or installation - Perform on-site sign installations (wall, window, vehicle, monument, etc.) - Load/unload materials and maintain organized production space - Follow work orders, quality standards, and safety protocols - Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients during installs - Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition - Experience in sign production, general construction, or a related field - Basic knowledge of tools, measuring, installation hardware, and ladders/lifts...
