Responsible for driving the implementation of new sales activities, acting as the liaison between the Relationship Managers in a market and the central Intermediaries colleagues, as well as the product and investment specialist teams. The Market Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Market, Group, and Team Heads in achieving the ambitious goals that the Intermediaries region has set for itself. YOUR CHALLENGE: Client Management & Development: Implement globally applicable sales standards and best practices Collaborate with Front leadership to set sales priorities, targets, and lead monthly sales meetings Develop and execute market-specific sales plans to drive financial growth Ensure effective client engagement through regular check-ins with Group and Team Heads, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and addressing challenges Facilitate client reviews, account planning, and engagement strategies with Front leadership, Relationshi...
