PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Site Leadership & Strategy: - Support the execution of operational strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans - Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across supply chain and site leadership - Act as a key partner in addressing supply chain challenges and supporting broader operational initiatives Supply Chain & Materials Leadership: Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements - Oversee and guide supply chain activities including procurement, planning, inventory, and warehouse operations - Develop and execute sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships to support cost, quality, and delivery objectives - Work closely with production teams to align materials planning with schedules and forecasts Financial Ownership: - Support delivery of site-level financial performance, including budget development, cost control, and margin improvement - Monitor and drive reductions in labor, material, and overhead costs - Identify and execute cost savings and efficiency initiatives - Support capital investment planning and...
