About the Role: The Senior Paralegal – Litigation & Trial (IP) is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys and paralegal teams throughout all phases of litigation in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group, while leading operational management of IP litigation cases and/or ITC cases, supporting case teams in all phases, including document review, case file organization, exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and trial preparation. This role will be located in either our Washington, D.C. or Orange Couty office.
