WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Sr. Manager, Talent Management is responsible for boosting the attraction, development, and retention of the best people through implementing actions that support workforce planning, leadership development, capability building, succession planning, career plans, and performance management across OC. To ensure the success of the Global Talent Strategy, this role should collaborate closely with Americas BU stakeholders, the OC leaders, and HRBPs.
