SUMMARY: Mortenson Development Inc. (MDI) is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support the growth of our national development platform. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands ‑ on marketer who thrives operating as an individual contributor in a fast ‑ paced team environment. The right candidate brings strong storytelling, content/digital marketing, and project management skills. Partnering closely with leadership, analysts, and construction teams, you will translate complex development concepts into clear, customer ‑ focused messaging that resonates. As a one ‑ person marketing department, you will own a broad range of responsibilities—from managing multiple RFPs and pursuits to producing website content, social media, and client presentations to win projects and build our brand nationwide.
