JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Part Time Saturday- Sunday 3pm-11pm. Needs to be comfortable with med pass and have a valid driver license. Provides onsite observation, training, and community groups. Responsible for drawing upon their experience in the field to educate and train new employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Promote the mission, values and vision of Centerstone. - Provides assistance and supervision to clients in their activities of daily living. - Document changes in clients’ social behaviors. - Recognize deviations in clients’ mental or physical state and take appropriate action to ensure client and employee safety. - Maintain structure and consistency with the clients through the patient/client stay. - Develop a professional relationship with the clients in order to gain their cooperation and respect. - Document client b...
