We are seeking a Talent Process Lead to own the end-to-end design, governance, measurement, and continuous evolution of critical talent processes that shape organizational effectiveness and support employee and leadership development. What's the Role? This is a high-impact role at the center of our evolving Talent Ecosystem. You will own and enhance key talent processes such as leadership development initiatives and building a skills framework, ensuring they are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities. This will require partnering closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, enable growth, and embed a culture of continuous development and capability building across Bloomberg.
