Manages the building maintenance function through yearly, monthly, and daily work assignments. 2. Recommends needs for contract and/or outside vendor services, communicates with vendors to obtain bids for major repairs, assists with selecting the vendor and makes arrangements for the work to be completed. 3. Maintains all heating and air conditioner units at all facilities and also a considerable knowledge of the repair and maintenance principles of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning/heating systems. 4. Repairs or coordinates the repairs of all property and equipment as needed. 5. Ensures that all work orders and service requests are completed in a courteous and timely manner. 6. Maintains knowledge of maintenance contracts on all properties and equipment. Maintains a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, roofing, and mechanical systems.
