Salary Range Starting At: $41,000.00: Job Description: The Pathway of Hope Case Manager is responsible for the provision of strengths-based case management and coordination of overall services offered to families and individuals through Pathway in Central Indiana. The Case Manager will work collaboratively with locations in Central Indiana to assure that identified family needs are addressed within the framework of a client-centered holistic approach and ensuring the mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.
