A bit about your role: The Senior Expert – Data & AI Utilisation & Self-Service is responsible for identifying business unit self-service data and AI requirements, enabling effective use of existing enterprise capabilities, and shaping solutions to address priority gaps. Working closely with internal teams and business stakeholders, the role translates business needs into practical outcomes through improved adoption of existing tools, clearer guardrails, and targeted capability uplift. Acting as both Business Delivery Owner and, where required, Business Product Owner, the role leads the scoping, delivery, and adoption of select self-service capabilities.
