About the Role Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, this is a hands-on role working across both office and site environments. You will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and ensure effective systems are in place across all operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) - Assist with maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and WHS standards - Conduct site inspections, audits, and task observations - Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions - Support implementation of policies and procedures at site level - Support project teams with risk assessments, SWMS, and hazard identification - Deliver and support HSEQ training, inductions, and toolbox talks - Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage hazard reporting - Maintain accurate HSEQ documentation and records - Assist with return-to-work coordination and WorkCover processes About You: - Certi...
