Get Engaged Media is seeking a Social Media Producer who is passionate about digital content, audience growth, and social platform strategy. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management and distribution of content across major platforms, working to optimize performance, grow audiences, and drive revenue for our shows and clients. Qualifications: - Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including content creation, editing, publishing, monitoring, monetization, moderation, and client relationships - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience and revenue potential for our shows and clients on platforms including but not limited to Snap, Facebook, Spotify, YouTube, Bing, and others - Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, post-production, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of initiatives with overall objectives - Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategy - Implement processes and workflows to streamline content distribution and ensure efficiency and accuracy - Liaise with external partners including but not limited to platforms, c...
