We are looking for an E lectrical Engineer focusing on Discrete Components to support Strategic Microelectronics at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. Duties include: - Provide discrete component engineering support to the technologist team, to include writing technical reports - Advise military programs and designers on part selection - Troubleshoot discrete component issues and recommend solutions - Understand electrical test methods and techniques, radiations effects, failure analysis tools and techniques, material analysis tools and techniques - Interface with program offices, prime contractors, designers, parts manufacturers, test labs, and other government agencies - Develop and review test plan documentation - Provide complete life-cycle support of strategic systems - Participate in Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Audits, participate in Joint Electronic Devices Engineering Co...
