Business Analyst (Enterprise Applications)

Job description

CowManager is on a mission to grow to 10,000+ customers within the next three years while maintaining high standards in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Achieving this growth requires scalable business processes and strong integrations between our core business systems. As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in connecting the business with our enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Odoo. You ensure that business requests are clearly understood, properly analyzed, and translated into deliverables that development teams can implement. You act as the first point of contact for business requests, helping stakeholders understand the impact of changes across systems and processes. In this role, you work closely with developers, system architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are well designed, documented, and successfully delivered. You will be part of the Business Systems team, which manages the core platforms that support CowManager’s commercial and operational processes.
