CCC Technician II

Job description

Essential Job Duties: - Responsible for hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices such as cameras, NVRs, access points, switches, etc. - Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer specific software configurations - Responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily production requirements - Responsible for performing new order assessment and determining requirements for order completion including networking requirements, First Article process and associated testing - Responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards - Responsible for reporting and documentation requirements - Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management - Provides support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary Requirements: A+, Network+, or other technical cert is a plus but not required - Receives supervision from CCC management - Daily contact with coworkers, sales, technical support, product manufacturers, customer support, & customers, in person and by phone - High school diploma or equivalent is required - Technical degree or equivalent work experience r...
