Title: State Hospital Admission Manager State Role Title: Prog Admin Manager II Hiring Range: Up to $90,500: Pay Band: 5: Agency: Dept Behavioral Health/Develop: Location: Dept Behav Hlth & Develop Svcs Agency Website: www.dbhds.virginia.gov: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties: The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the State Hospital Admission Specialist to work within the Patient Clinical Services (PCS) Office of the Facility Services Division and augment, implement, and support the mission and vision of DBHDS. This position serves as the subject matter expert regarding all aspects of state hospital admissions, including the Emergency Custody Order (ECO), Temporary Detention Order (TDO), civil commitment, and forensic admission processes. This position oversees state hospital admissions to nine state hospitals, including seven hospitals that serve adult and geriatric patients, one hospital that exclusively serves geriatric patients, and one hospital that exclusively serves child and adolescent patients.
