SUMMARY: Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all building HVAC and other auxiliary equipment in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Support the facility infrastructure and building systems in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Works under the supervision of the manager. Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to): (a) Give the boiler measured bottom blowdowns in accordance with instructions provided by the company supplying the feedwater treatment; (b) Remove accumulations on water surfaces by using surface blow valves; (c) Blowdown water column; (d) Test low-water cutoff and feedwater regulator; (e) Operate safety valves manually on start-up; (f) Check lubrication on auxiliary equipment;...
