We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager focused on the dealer channel. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships and new business writings through the Dealer network and growing the dealer business in your region, forging strong relationships with Owners, Dealer Principals and Introducers while increasing new business and maintaining margin. Roles and responsibilities: - Drive new consumer and commercial business through acquisitions and working with existing Dealers - Have a deep understanding of the Dealer Network and hold relationships with senior decision makers - Identify opportunities for Metro Finance and be able to drive these opportunities through to execution - Grow the Dealer Business in terms of both relationships and new business writings - Understand the balance between volume and profit and maintain a balanced approach to both. - Be an expert on Metro policy, process and culture and use this to drive volume. - Maintain a high standard of submission quality and increase conversion from application to settlement.
