Job description

As an Analyst / Associate in the EMEA Infrastructure SIG investment banking team in London you will work with market-leading professionals at the heart of the leading global investment bank. The Infrastructure SIG investment banking team focuses on the investment banking coverage of Infrastructure Funds and the infra pockets of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds. These clients are highly sophisticated investors, and the breadth of products and services we provide is extensive—spanning industries, geographies, and products (M&A, Leveraged Finance / DCM, ECM, structured products / derivatives). We offer debt, equity, and M&A advisory services to our clients as part of their routine activities of acquiring businesses (majority and minority stakes), refinancing / recapitalizing existing investments, or monetizing their mature investments via sale or IPO. You will participate in the "full cycle" of transactional origination and execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations.
