Civics Analyst, Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in trust and safety, risk management, public policy, government, international relations, information ecosystems, or other related field. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders without direct authority. - Experience managing rapid-response situations, escalations, or crisis management effectively. - Experience preparing briefing materials and communicating complex topics clearly to executive audiences. - Experience analyzing domestic and international civics issues to understand their potential impact on a global technology company. - Understanding of the online information ecosystem, including abuse vectors, safety policy, and societal discourse, to inform risk mitigation strategies. - Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment with excellent critical thinking skills.
