Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Effectively communicates with employees from your own departments to ensure a team environment. - Makes process decisions and ensures product quality conforms with quality audit specifications. - Reads specifications and schedules to prepare for upcoming jobs. - Machine maintenance. - May occasionally use forklift/roll clamp to transport product. - Palletizes rolls and wraps on stretch wrapper to prepare for shipping. - Ties bales on trim balers and broke balers. - Sets up core cutter and cuts cores. - Sets next crew up for success and effectively and efficiently communicates at shift change to Operators and Supervisors. - All other duties as assigned.
