Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. We are looking for a Manufacturing Equipment Technician to support the Manufacturing Engineering Team with launching, maintaining, and improving assembly lines. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Provide technician-level support for all manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to adhesive dispense systems, 3-axis robot gantries, laser cleaners, laser welders, wirebonders, vision systems, torque tools, custom fixtures, and tooling - Serve as the first point of contact to troubleshoot issues that arise during production - Develop and own a full maintenance program, including setting preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring a proper supply of spare parts, and writing standard operating procedures for maintenance - Write standard operating procedures/work instructions for operation of equipment - Operate equipment during initial process validation builds - Train operators and...
