Summary: Synergy Engineering is seeking experienced Industrial Blasters/Painters to join our dynamic team in Wyong, New South Wales. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality surface preparation and coating application in the building and construction industry. As part of a close-knit team and great company culture. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Operate blasting equipment to prepare surfaces on structural steel - Apply protective coatings using various methods including airless spray painting - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. - Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure adherence to specifications. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently. - Onsite projects mobilization, blasting and spray-painting activities - Proven experience as an industrial blaster/painter or similar role within the building & construction industry. - Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications. - Familiarity with safety protocols related to blasting and painting operat...
