About the Role: Touchstone is looking for enthusiastic and friendly new team members to join our routesetting team as an apprentice in the Bay Area . The apprentice program is intended to bring inexperienced setters up to speed on all the skills and techniques required for routesetting. Through this program, we hope to encourage newer climbers to pursue a career in routesetting. If you’re ready to work in a fun and creative environment where people share your psych for climbing and fitness, we’d love to hear from you! This position is part-time, working less than 30 hours per week.
