The position includes a variety of light maintenance tasks including caulking, painting, basic electric, plumbing, carpentry and other jobs as necessary. Major Job Duties/Responsibilities: Inspect property to determine units or systems requiring maintenance or repair and report work needed to Management Performs the work schedule on a timely basis, ensuring all elements of the property meet resort standards.
