Job Summary: The Program Physician provides medical care for patients with substance use disorders, focusing on Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). This role is responsible for patient evaluation, diagnosis, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), while ensuring safe, compliant, and effective care delivery. Responsibilities: - Perform physical exams, medical histories, and required lab reviews. - Diagnose substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. - Prescribe and adjust MAT (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone). - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. - Review labs, drug screens, and diagnostic results. - Document care accurately and in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams and external providers....
