Job Description: - Excellent benefits including salary packaging - Challenging and rewarding work environment About the Role: This position is based within the Rehabilitation at Home Service at the Kew Campus of St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne with in the Home and Virtual Clinical Stream . You will benefit from close links to services across the Continuing Care Stream, including the in-patient units of both the Fitzroy and Kew Campus’ Rehabilitation Units. The Rehab@Home (R@H) Advanced Trainee is a key member of a dedicated and highly skilled rehabilitation team, providing care to a diverse community-based rehabilitation cohort. You will be responsible for the day-to-day medical management of up to 20 Rehab@Home patients and 2 Pathways to Home patients , working from the unit base at St George’s Hospital.
