HR Admin Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned. First point of contact to greet visitors, applicants, answer telephones, provide information to visitor/caller when appropriate, direct to appropriate HR personnel and/or take messages when necessary. Coordinate department meetings and schedules; ensure smooth office operations. Examine employee files to answer inquiries related to personnel data and provide information for personnel actions, as well as locating and attaching appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. Assist with preparation of papers and presentations for the assigned Manager. Review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention from the team. Assist with maintaining employee records in all databases. Help as needed to the recruiters at all locations. Such as posting jobs, reviewing resumes, schedule pre-employment screening and up to assisting in finalizing a hire. Completing tasks assigned to support the Human Resources functions.
