Description Position Number: 330599/20-304: The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Duquesne University invites applications for two one-year Non-Tenure-Track positions in Chemistry/Biochemistry, at the Teaching Assistant Professor level. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach General Chemistry, Biochemistry and Analytical Chemistry. Each Teaching Assistant Professor will teach a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester of undergraduate courses and laboratories as designated by the Department Chair. Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry and be available to teach beginning mid-August, 2024. Alternately, the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential job functions.
