About the Role: The Launch Training Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring new-site operations achieve rapid competence and operational sustainability. Working under the Training & Standards Manager, this role is responsible for the direct observation of operational processes, the accurate creation of standard work documentation, and the hands‑on delivery and evaluation of launch training during pre‑launch, go‑live, and stabilization.
