The Role: The Saltwater Asset Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date information for all saltwater assets within the company’s asset management and maintenance software platform. This role serves as the primary link between farming operations and centralized asset records, ensuring assets are properly identified, tagged, tracked, and managed throughout their lifecycle. This position also serves as the operational and technical lead for the asset management/maintenance software system and is responsible for system configuration, data quality, and operational support. In addition, the role is responsible for the physical asset tagging and QR program and contributes to the development and execution of saltwater asset management strategies.
