Job Title Negotiation Excellence Director - Philips - Drachten Job Description: In this role, you have the opportunity to Ensure the further development and utilization of advanced negotiation (standard, coached and Game Theory) and sourcing excellence techniques. You will be located in Drachten. You are responsible for: - Defining and implementing the Negotiation Excellence concepts across the entire scope of Philips Procurement - Consult Commodity Managers and Procurement Engineers during the Procurement Strategy Development process to drive maximum impact by applying the most innovative sourcing & negotiation levers - Screen and regularly review (advanced) negotiation and sourcing projects with Commodity Managers and Procurement Engineers based on white spot analysis and Procurement Strategy implementation - Coach Commodity Managers during high impact negotiations, ensuring best-in-class negotiation preparation and the utilization of optimal negotiation strategies. - Lead cross-functional Negotiation excellence projects (e.g. game theory-based negotiation projects) with highest business impact and/or strategic relevance as Senior Expert on behalf of Commodity Management - Manage...
