Compensation : $22 to $24.50 hourly, depending on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses. Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation. Why This Role Matters As a Maintenance Technician II, you operate independently across multiple trades. You complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while helping maintain high operational standards across the property. What You’ll Do: Skilled Repairs & Diagnostics: - Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns. - Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. - Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
