Where you belong: We, the Global BTP CSM Consumption Excellence team team, are carrying business development and technical expertise over all BTP domains. Our primary objective is to scale adoption and consumption of BTP cloud services hand in hand with SAP Business Technology Platform Customer Success Managers (BTP CSMs). Therefore we define strategies in partnership with the regional BTP CSM leaders, Product Management and Marketing & Solutions. We develop domain maturity journeys and consumption patterns helping to grow customers maturity strategically and increase cloud service consumption tactically.
