Product Owner | 10356 | Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2028 | 37 hours per week | £56,912 to £62,618 per annum (Scale M) | County Hall / Hybrid About the Role: Norfolk County Council is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Product Owner to lead and evolve the Finance and Accounting elements of our myOracle service , a critical Oracle Cloud platform underpinning our corporate operations. As Product Owner, you will be the lead authority for your Oracle EPM product area, responsible for driving innovation, assuring quality, and maximising benefits from the Oracle Cloud roadmap. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will partner with Finance, Digital, and external suppliers to deliver modern, scalable, and insight‑driven solutions that support both operational and statutory requirements. About myOracle: myOracle is Norfolk County Council’s integrated Oracle Cloud solution for Finance and HR, supporting over 20,000 staff and a wide range of traded customers and suppliers.
