Job Type Full-time Description: Hands-on role | Shop environment | Safety-first culture The Demobilization Technician is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, organizing, and preparing mechanical and electrical equipment for storage after job completion. This is a physical, hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Requirements: What You’ll Do: - Disassemble, clean, inspect, test, tag, and prepare equipment for storage - Clean equipment using parts washers, pressure washers, and manual methods - Organize and store equipment in proper shop locations - Maintain support boxes (cleaning, minor repairs, inventory) - Operate lift trucks and complete forklift tasks (training provided) - Accurately document work, consumables, and job numbers in TRACE - Assist other departments as needed (basic maintenance/janitorial work) - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area - Provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and programs What We’re Looking For: - Mechanical aptitude required - 1–2 years of mechanical or shop experience (preferred) - Experience with hand and power tools (preferred) - Ability to multitask and work effecti...
