Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth. - Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. - Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with excellent problem-solving skills.
