Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: RO Hamilton - Hamilton, NJ 08610Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: Day ShiftJob Summary: The Non-Surgical Clinical Assistant provides assistance to the Physician and Physician's Assistant with daily administrative and clinical duties. Key Accountabilities: Increase patient satisfaction, compliance with schedule prep, voicemail, accurate end of day batching, compliance with time stamping, compliance with clinical policies and procedures, wait times, timeliness and accuracy with pre certs and authorizations Essential Duties: Greets patients in the waiting room and escorts them to the exam room. Directs patient to surgery scheduling and/or front desk for checkout. Maintains order, cleanliness, and inventory in the exam room, and prepares exam room for patients to enter. Cleans and autoclaves instruments. Provides and scans proper paperwork to the chart for Physician's review. Records vitals as per Physician's request. Prepares injections for the Physician. Pulls up x-rays, MRI's, CT's, and various studies pertaining to the patient's exam. Assists patient with clothing when necessary. Dis...
