Job Title: Management Associate: FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Retail Hours of Operation: Varies by office location, Saturday Hours by rotation General Job Summary: Assists customers with a wide variety of retail banking needs. Provides back-up and support to Office Manager. Organizational Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures. - Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
