Life Enrichment Assistant Department: Participant Care: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Holland, MI: Reporting To: Christopher Bourgeois: Compensation: $16.64 - $22.30 / hour Description: Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | 8 am - 4:30 pm | Monday - Friday Department: Day Center | Holland, MI What You'll Do In This Role: Bring joy, purpose, and connection to every day. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll design and lead engaging programs that support participants’ health, independence, and personal goals and help them remain at home or in the least restrictive setting possible. Through meaningful activities at the center and out in the community or home, you’ll inspire participation, foster social connection, and enhance overall quality of life while tailoring experiences to each individual’s interests and abilities.
