Job description

Civil and Transportation leader for public and private market sector work, initially focused on our Central and Southern Tier New York geography. Positively reinforce, expand and promote our brand of civil and transportation outside the core geography while complementing our existing teams in other LaBella offices. Responsibilities: Business Development: - Identify opportunities - target client and teaming partners for market-based initiatives. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key municipal clients - Participate in business planning with Discipline and Regional Leader. - Actively represent LaBella at Business Development external functions/organizations. - Lead preparation / author proposals. - Expand placemaking opportunities and services within LaBella. Educate the need/benefit of such offerings. Management: - Collaborate with Civil Team, Regional and Discipline Leaders to manage and direct work. - Conduct regular check-in meetings with Civil Discipline Leader. - Monitor and report on project schedule, financial goals and resources. - Work with the transportation department for key project initiatives and pursuits to build backlog and distribute labor resources for exe...
