Description Position Summary: The Fleet Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s nationwide fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and optimized to support business needs. This role manages all aspects of fleet administration, including acquisition, maintenance, fuel, compliance, and vendor relationships. The Fleet Services Manager will partner with operations leaders across multiple states to drive efficiency, safety, and sustainability in fleet operations while supporting the company’s growth and customer commitments. Key Responsibilities: Fleet Operations & Maintenance: - Oversee day-to-day fleet management for company vehicles across multiple states. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. - Manage vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, ensuring cost efficiency. - Track and manage fuel usage, repairs, inspections, and warranty claims.
