Facilities Engineer II

Job description

Job Summary: Maintains building/facilities by making basic repairs and performing basic preventative maintenance tasks throughout the casino. Assists upper-level personnel in a variety of trade disciplines including but not be limited to landscaping, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical. Shift Availability: - Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Duties/Responsibilities: - None - Assist with repairs and maintenance of various equipment. - Assist Engineer III & IV with projects as assigned. - Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis. - Handle routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs. - Must be able to utilize ladders of various heights, during Engineering duties. - All other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: - 1 yr. experience in Maintenance field Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Knowledge of general maintenance procedures or 1 year experience in maintenance position. - Must have a current valid driver's license. - Driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of Casino's insurance policy. - Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignme...
