Job DetailsJob Location: DoubleTree Dallas Near the Galleria - Dallas, TX 75244Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeJob Shift: DayBASIC PURPOSE: Perform duties of Guest Service Agent, which includes, but not limited to the following: assisting guests upon check-in and check-out and as needed, transport contracted airline crews to and from the airport, transport hotel guests within a 3-4 mile radius, assist arriving and departing guests by: opening and closing doors for incoming and outgoing guests, loading and unloading guest luggage from courtesy van. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Show guests to room assisting them with their luggage. 2. Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer all questions about these facilities and other hotel questions. 3. Check luggage for hotel guests both for day and overnight. 4. Assist guest with storing and retrieving their luggage from the van. 5. Maintain the designated stations in the lobby, standing alert to be easily summoned for fronts. 6. Open doors while guests are being greeted in a friendly and courteous manner.
