Overview Fidelity National Title is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Commercial Title Examiner to join our commercial operations team. This role may be performed remotely or from one of our offices and is ideal for an examiner who thrives in a fast paced, service driven commercial environment.In this position, you will be responsible for examining both basic and complex commercial chains of title, determining insurability, and preparing accurate title commitments, reports, and policies in accordance with company examining and underwriting standards. You will work closely with escrow, underwriting, and legal teams to resolve title issues and support timely, successful commercial real estate transactions.This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and prudent risk management.
