Envision Radiology is seeking a Personal Injury & Client Services Specialist to join our team! Remote | Monday - Friday business hours | Position Pay Range $18.84 - $22.70 Summary/Objective: The Personal Injury & Client Services Specialist generates statements and other invoices. Responsibilities may include data entry, posting payments, reconciling billings and invoices, checking balances and maintaining direct bill files. Works with direct bill companies to perform billing, review, and verification of accounts in accordance with program provisions. Essential Functions: 1. Creates and maintains new direct bill contracts. 2. Produces vendor invoices. 3. Sends invoices to vendors for payment, posts payments, and researches for past due payments. 4. Ensures accuracy of contract rates into billing software systems. 5. Produces monthly invoicing of all direct bill contracts. 6. Reviews payment posting and credit balances of all accounts. 7. Recognizes outstanding balances over 90 days and promptly resolves. 8. Identifies and resolves issues from internal and external vendors 9.
