Northern California Commercial PV Solar Foreman Job Description Classification/Position Type: Non-Exempt/Full-Time/Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 Hours/Week) with occasional evening and weekend overtime. Reports To: Northern California Commercial Superintendent Overview: Working under the direct supervision of the Northern California Commercial Superintendent, the Commercial PV Solar Foreman will be responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of the tasks related assigned projects. As part of this role, the Commercial PV Solar Foreman will have to oversee the work of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issue that may arise on the job site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Commercial PV Solar Foreman functions effectively as the site manager for projects they supervise overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and providing leadership and direction to the team assigned.
