General Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Retail Sales Lead supports the Store Management Team by promoting operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding team members in daily tasks and priorities. This role acts as a knowledgeable in‑store resource, applying automotive parts identification skills to assist customers with complex product questions, compatibility issues, and system‑level concerns. The Retail Sales Lead also provides hands‑on training and technical mentorship to team members, helping strengthen overall product knowledge and customer‑service capability. In addition, the Retail Sales Lead may serve in a supervisor‑support role as assigned as advanced responsibilities. The role is responsible for upholding all safety standards, store policies, and customer‑experience expectations while maintaining a positive, respectful, and solutions‑focused demeanor. Presence during high‑traffic periods—such as weekends, sales events, and other peak times—is essential to ensure consistent support for both customers and the team.
